Urgent: Samsonite Product Issue Despite 10-Year Warranty
I'm writing to bring to your attention an issue with my Samsonite product, which is covered under your 10-year warranty.

Despite minimal use, my Samsonite bag has sustained damage that, in my opinion, should not have occurred so soon. As a loyal customer who values the quality and durability promised by Samsonite, I'm disappointed by this experience.

Samsonite India — Black Label Veron II Backpack (Regular)

Hello,
I purchased the product mentioned above (Offline) saying this is for my girlfriend and I will need to return if she does not like it. I then tried to return it in store, in original condition within a week (From where i bought it) and they refused to take it back. On the Terms and conditions online it says a product can be returned if the customer is unhappy. Paying such high prices for a backpack and getting such terrible...
