This is a very sad service and experience i’ve been having with such a big company of yours “samsung”
I would to bring to your notice that this has been going on since 2 months now.
I’ve been calling samsung service team and the service technicians almost everyday and they do nothing.
I’ve had only one technician visit since the past 2 months who said he will reach out the head office and i haven’t heard back.
I would post all this feedback on the online forums if this is continuing this way.
I have the ac under warranty and they’ve been a pain to work with to get my ac fixed.
I don’t expect this from a company as big as yours.
I’ve sent my bill and the pictures they’ve asked to multiple people and they keep asking the same stuff but they don’t respond to calls nor they arrange anyone to fix it.
This is very frustrating and not acceptable at all.
I’ve lived all summer without ac.
I would like to take it a step ahead and let all your officials know what kind of experience i am having with samsung.
I need a fix immediately.
