A 73 phone bought online from samsung shop app and delivered on 23.07.2022 has display problem.It has blue/violet tint on fonts on top and greenish tint on bottom.(see attached photos) .
I immedidately contacted samsung shop about it, but they asked me to get doa(dead on arrival) from service centre. I had to travel 30 km to the service centre by taking leave to get the doa, but the service centre refused to give the doa. They just ran some standard tests and said the phone is ok.
Such harrasment and poor response from samsung and also such poor display on a premium smart phone (costing rs 38000) is unacceptable.
I further requested to samsung to take the phone back or give a replacemenet manytimes, but they never gave a proper response.
Now they are asking again to go to the service centre.Such response is completely unacceptable.
Kindly help.

Only delaying is the solution being provided. In am still left with a phone having display problem.
and I am again being asked to visit the service centre.
It is a harrasment. and also you are not giving confirmation that the phone will be accepted for checking at service centre.
