I had baught a brand new samsung galaxy A13 on 10th of august but after only 10 minutes of purchase when i open the device its on very low charging so i had to put it on charge but while the device is charging the device starts heating more than the normal samsung phone and also started smelling like something is burning and i had to put it off from the charging and as its a new device and it is having problem from the very first day of purchase so i don't want that my device gets repaired so i want samsung to approve my return and allow me to buy a new phone as the complaint is already in consumer forum against it so i don't want it to be more hectic for samsung n all
So please contact me and approve my return as soon as possible because i am a college student and i had to get the new phone as soon as possible
