Hi All
I have been calling the Samsung toll free number since 10th June for ac repair request the service center/toll free team is not only not misbehaving with me nor picking up the ac as they suggested they need to pick up the outdoor to repair it in there service center
I have already logged my complaint that service manager is misbehaving on phone and not providing and resolution
I want to approach the consumer court as samsung service is pathetic, both toll-free and service centers are asking me to open up the parts and hand over the parts
What nonsense is this ???
Need Immediate grievance response on this harassment to approach the consumer court
