[Resolved]  Samsung — AC not Installed properly and not working properly

I have purchased a Samsung AC 02/04/2022 from VARDHAMAN ELECTRONIC PVT LTD . Invoice No : PP/22-23/0015.
From the date of Installation my AC has icing problem at outer unit . Installation done by your vendor MATRIX SOLUTIONS and they charged me Rs 4700 and now they are not responding .
I have also contacted customer care and even seller but issue remains the same .
So I request you to kindly look into the matter .
Please resolve this else I have to go to consumer forum .
