As long as the last product is in the market, making available the consumable is a must. If the company is not capable of doing so, it has to make a notice to the users and withdraw the product providing necessary alternative. It is difficult to accept that Battery for this product in not available in the entire Indian Samsung market and the support team is washing off it hands. I request you to look into your All INdia market and locate one battery for my mobile. I am a senior citizen and I cannot just like that throw a mobile I am using. After checking from your all India network for a battery, pl. provide me one or arrange for a new mobile to me considering the fact that I am senior citizen aged 65 and cannot afford to spend around 10000 for a new one. Kindly do not push me to a corner and I am compelled to look to consumer redressal forum for a solution. Thanks and Regards, S. I am using this mobile. Recently the battery became exhausted and I went to your authroised service centre - Alpha Communication-[protected] / [protected] - asking for the new battery. They informed me that this model is out o[censored]se and no spares including battery is not available and I should only contact your office for support. While I do agree, models become obsolete over a period of time, I do not agree that a great model like Note Pad-II becomes so obsolete that battery is not avaiable.
