This complaint is regarding the bill that was prepared by Samsung Customer Service(Gangtok), Sikkim. Dated[protected]
Through my father I had given my cell phone Samsung C9 pro. The phone was getting stuck at the Samsung logo when turned on along with slight malfunction of the power button.
The bill prepared by them doesn't mention the details of the parts, required for repairing the handset model that is C9 Pro, also the engineer has mentioned that the "screen is broken", although it had some software issue and the power button was only needed to be checked.
In the given bill the engineer claims that the screen is broken and unable to power up the phone, for this claimed reason the price of rupees six thousand is requested by the service center along with 20 days of time, however the replacable parts isn't mentioned neither defected parts nor the repair time, also the service charge isn't mentioned at all, please review the bill.
