[Resolved] Samsung — charging tax on repairing cost

On[protected] i have gone to samsung care to resolve some issue in my samsung tab. But they have returned me by saying it would cost 10000 due to mother board and battery problem. They have charge rs236 200repairing charges and 36 intredt rate. Is there is any charges on repairing. After that i have gone to a local dealer he had resolved the issue with only rs.500. I had purchased the above mobile phone and it stopped working.
is there any body which can resolve the isuue.Because most of the repairers after checking say they cannot repair it, since the spare parts are not available
