[Resolved]  Samsung — Compensation for delay in refund

I had purchased a Galaxy S22 from Samsung online (order id [protected]) on 09 May 22. Since the delivery date of 20 May did not suit me due to my travel plans, I cancelled the order on 10 May and received an email on 10 May saying that I would receive the refund in 7-10 business days. After many email and phone follow ups since the amount was large, I believe the refund has been initiated on 20 May and refund estimated date now is 7-10 business days. I should have actually received the refund on 20 May and I don't know when I will get the refund. I have emailed Samsung CEO's desk that customers should be compensated for delay in payment beyond the committed date. Other vendors like Amazon give refund in 2/3 days which is due to a mutual trust built with customers
