I placed an order for washing machine from samsung shop app on 14th July where they promised to deliver the product on 17th July but haven't received the product on said delivery date and when I called them to enquire about my delivery was told that the product is not yet shipped from chennai warehouse so on 18th July, I cancelled the order through samsung website. But still haven't received any communication from Samsung. Everytime I have to call the customer care number but just get a reply that I will get an update with 24 hours but I never get any update. Its been 9 days now I had been following up on email and over phone with customer care about my refund but don't get any update. Now I want to file a consumer case on Samsung and want to claim a compensation for harrasment I have been going through.
