[Resolved]  Samsung — complaint about services rendered by pai after you buy a product

I bought a samsung s7edge on 9th feb 2017 at pai inteenational, ashok nagar branch. I was goven a 1 yr warranty replacement on the screen by the company. Now when my screwn is broken and when i went to pai they ssay that the executive who sold us the phone has left the company and in a very rude way said they are not responsible for his words and the offer was only till jan 10th wherein i bought it after a month... Then why did they said that they have this offer on feb 9th also... Who is responsible for my phn now
