Dear Sir,
I had taken Fridge from S.K. Sales from your Vapi Dealer and sorry to say but I am not at all happy with your service executive.
My fridge is having a problem of defroze and your executive says single door fridge has that issues so you have to manage the same.
We were not guided about the same when we had purchased the same nor your Engineer or Dealer told us about it.
Request you to kindly get the issue resolved or replace my fridge with a double door I am ready to pay the difference amount but need a solution to this issue as it is hardly 4-5 months I have purchased the fridge.
Sorry to say but I am not at all happy with Samsung Services not at all Customer Friendly.
I will definately go to the Consumer Court if my issue is not resolved.
Waiting for your reply and change my perception for Samsung.
