Samsung — Continuous issue with services of samsung and real fraudsters

I struggled to get my refrigerator to get services for 3 months then contacted Croma and after lot of hassles my fridge was repaired on 1st june and after 3 days of services again same issue and I have complaint to service head, CFO, Customer care multiple emails no services untill now seems they are killing 3 months warranty period these people are into money making business harrasing and troubling customers pathetic services

Updated by Rachna1975 Really shameless act that even after multiple complaints my issue is still open useless customers support corrupt management real fraudsters the management keep on forwarding complaints here and there with no solution harrasing customers charging money and then never provide services during warranty period if management is pathetic howcome customers support team can be good
