Samsung — Coupon issue

I am writing to address an issue with the service refund coupon provided to me by the Samsung service center. I had purchased a Samsung S22 from Flipkart, which unfortunately had issues. As a resolution, the service center issued a refund coupon worth 36, 999 INR, which can only be used to purchase Samsung products.

However, the coupon can only be redeemed at Samsung Plaza, where the S23 is available at MRP rates with no discounts. I have verified this with several stores, including:

1. Chennai Mobiles
2. Poorvika
3. Reliance Digital

None of these stores allow the coupon to be combined with their offers. The S23 is priced at approximately 58, 000 INR, and with the coupon covering only 36, 999 INR, I would need to pay the balance in cash. This restriction prevents me from availing any store-specific offers since the payment cannot be made in a single transaction.

I have purchase my mobile S22 from Flipkart. Therefore, I kindly request that you provide me with a Flipkart coupon worth 36, 999 INR or arrange for a fresh replacement of my Samsung S22 or refund to my bank account.
I no longer wish to retain the current coupon which is totally useless.

Even samsung plaza is not supporting this kinds of coupon as it makes their business into loss.
