I Chaitanya Bajpai would like to bring in your kind notice that I have recently purchased washing machine W/M F/A WW80K54E0UX/TL (RD) on 5 July 2021 I.e. and the delivery of the same was made today L.e. 6th July 2021.
For reviewing the machine I visited the dealer on Friday L.e. 2nd July 2021 and found that the machine had some scratches so I asked them for a fresh piece and they promised me the same where I specifically mentioned that I wanted a fresh piece and clearly instructed them that the model they put-up for display is not be delivered as it seems to have scratches bearing the same thing in mind I made the payment for a fresh piece despite of making my instructions sound and clear, sill they delivered me the same product( the one they put on
display) and production have removed stickers spots also. I tried to contact the dealer of the showroom(STERLING ENTERPRISES PVT.LTD. 41/4A' SANJAY PLACE, AGRA 282002) but he has clearly denied for any assistance from his side so I want you look into this matter.
I am continuously try to contact connect with constant team but no one is bother my consent, I am trying to connect with costomer care too but they always say they will connect you soon but no one called me and I also received one threatened call also, that man was was sayinghe is speaking from Lucknow and when I started call recording he disconnect my call and when I call him back he said (if you are recording the call he will not help me and he said joo karna h kar lo)
