I have ordered refrigerator from Samsung Shop on online portal which got delivered on 26th September in damage condition and immediately i raised complaint vide complaint number [protected] dt 26 sep and based on the same technician has visited the premises to check condition of refrigerator on 27 sep. however there is further response from samsumg after the technician visit and several times i tried to discuss with customer care with my mobile number [protected] but there is no conclusive response so far.

I am awaiting for refund of my money so that i can purchase refrigerator offline.

Updated by amit_samta It was my mistake that i trusted on samsung being global business giant but post sales service is horrible and it seems there is no moral responsivity of samsung to provide support.

Updated by amit_samta Enclosed herewith Service Report dt 27 sep 2022 of Service Engineer appointed by Samsung. Still there is no response from samsung.

I am fully frustrated with the support provided by samsung and its mental harassment by samsung team.

Now i want compensation for mental harassment.
