I purchased a j7 pro on 2018 & after 2 month its display got damaged & raised complaint against you in consumer forum & posted the same on all social medias like twitter fb & others. from the conversation with your senior executive CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE named KAMLESH Desk Phone:[protected] Extn 1639 @ the 24th day i get confirmation from him that will replace the handset & got that with in 1 week. but unfortunately the new handset also shows the same display complaint again within 4 months & then they replaced the display & extended the warranty for me. dates - (This is in regards to the complaint of your Samsung Mobile with Model Number:- SM-J730GZKWINS, bearing serial number RZ8K20LHERA
As discussed four months extended warranty has been provided.

Warranty extended still - 22.09.2019) this was the mail i received from kamlesh @ dec 6 2018. after that i mailed that the handset is over heat when we use social media apps & then no reply from his end. Now the same is happen some times the display is FLICKERING. I know that in 2 months it will be dead. what to do? i have all the mails & details in my hand . Im waiting for your valuable reply. AS PER THE CONVERSATION WITH CEO OFFICE I REPORTED THE PHONE TO SERVICE CENTER & THE REFERANCE NUMBER IS WS019
AS PER THE 1ST TALK WITH THEM THAY'VE REPLAYD ME THAT SOMETIMES ITS SOFTWARE RELATED OR SOMETHING ELSE & HE OFFER TO DO SOFTWARE FOR THE SAME. I CLEARLLY SAYS THAT I DIDINT PAY 1 RUPEE FOR THIS ISSUE & NEED WRETURN IN A LETTER HEAD OF SAMSUNG AS ITS NOT DISPLAY ISSUE & IF THE ISSUE COMES BACK AGAIN WITHIN 1 YEAR WILL REPLACE THE DISPLAY FOR ME. COZ THIS DISPLAY IS LED & PRICE IS 9500 ABOVE, I CANT PAY THAT MUCH AMNT FOR A SINGLE DISPLAY. MIND CASH IS NOT PAPER...!!! I DONT NEED SILLY BARGAINS.

WRITE THAT - YOU REPORTED THIS DEVICE'S DISPLAY IS FLICKERING WHEN WE USE CONTINUESLY & ON THE CLOSE OBSERVATION WE CANT FIND THAT ISSUE. WE ARE NOW DONE A SOFTWARE FOR THE SAME & NOW THE COMPLAINT IS RESOLVED. AS PER THIS CASE WHEN ANY DISPLAY ISSUE COMES OVER IN 1 YEAR WE WILL CLEAR THIS CONCERN. AS IT COMES. NO EXTERNAL DAMAGE NEED FOR THIS
