I purchased samsung watch3 on samsung shop website. I received 3 days back(21st july). When I opened the product its 0% battery, so after I did charge and booted the watch.. I can see only 1/4th of the screen is visible and the rest of the screen is blur.
I raised a complaint to customer care:

Complaint tkt number : 2132996
I got a reply asking me to get DOA from service center.
I went to the service center and asked them for DOA, for which they are refusing to give.
I don't know what to do now, I purchased ₹30, 000 product and I got a defective one and now for which they are not even heading to replace it.
