Hello Team, I purchased samsung tv with below details Samsung 125 cm (50 inches) Crystal 4K Pro Series Ultra HD Smart LED TV UA50AUE70AKLXL (Black) (2021 Model) \| B091GY19M3 ( SMG_UA50AUE70AKLXL ) Order Number:[protected] Order Date: 17.01.2022 On 24Jul22 i registerd a complaint ([protected]) of black screen issue . Technician today visited and informed me that it has to be taken to samsung store to get it repaired and will take 4 days to get the repair done. My question is why defective product was sold to me. Tv did not run for atleast 7 months .this is totally unfair to me. Request you to please look into this and exchange a new tv .
