I purchased a brand new 1.5-ton AC from Samsung offline store. Which turned out to be defective. I raised a complaint regarding the same
on 11th July and I was told that a refund will be provided within 7 working days. Service engineer and Samsung customer care people assure me on this.
After daily follow-ups and numerous emails, still I haven't received my refund.
It's been 18 days and I don't want a replacement anymore. I needed a refund for the same. Was this information helpful? |
