I placed a Pre-Order for Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 LTE version & Galaxy Buds through Samsung Online Shop Store on 20th August'22 with an Order ID#[protected].
I was comitted that the buds will get delivered at my address by 24th Aug and Watch with get delivered maximum by 26th Aug. Since the buds didn't get delivered as comitted I am now concerned about the watch delievery as well. I made several calls to their customer care cell however didn't get a satisfactory response.
This morning I logged a ticket about this concern and waiting for them to resolve it at the earliest -
