I have ordered a qled tv and the Samsung installation engineer unboxed the tv. He found that it is a damaged one and he provided csr copy to apply for refund/replacement. I have raised this compliant with Samsung support and it's been a month without any resolution for it.

The samsung support team is keep on informing me to wait for sometimes. But it already crossed a month since I ordered this product.
