5th august i bought samsung fridge.
This fridge was not working and dealer denied to take it back and asked me to company.
Company service person said they do not have another fridge so they will process the refund but later they told me they will not give refund and as per company policy we will give new fridge.
It 22 days since neither i got refund nor replacement.
This fridge is still present in my house.
I have called customer care 50 times but every time they say we will escalate.
My complaint no is : [protected]
I am filing a complain on consumer court on this monday.
Will be filing fir against them for mental harassment and keeping my money illegally and not taking faulty product back Was this information helpful? |
I had enough talk with them.
Either replace the fridge or refund the money.
I do not want to waste my time talking to your representative any more.
It's no work only talk I guess is the policy in samsung.
