Dear Samsung,
Its Shameful that Samsung product wasnt be able to repair because quality issues and your service team is providing me 34% depreciation which is no way matching my current need. Is it what you care of loyal customers who invested and trusted buying Samsung products?
Either you repair my fridge or replace it with same model, am happy to pay for the repair charges but giving this sort of petty depreciation doesnt help me any how. I have lost trust on Samsung products completely, I would never buy any Samsung products in future.
