I have purchased Samsung refrigerator model RT34T4542S8/HL from
Mayuri Electronics on 13 Mar 2020.
But we started slowly facing the issue that the cooling was not proper and all of a sudden there was no cooling so we made a complaint in customer care and they informed that it was due to gas leakage and it was filled again on 5/11/2021
But now again the same issue is occurring.each time we cannot give
around 1500 because this is not fair .
We have bought 4 fridge of same model and in those the issue is slowly coming up.
Either provide me replacement of another model or do the needful.
It is not looking good to have call and provide a complaint to customer care and fill the gas each time Was this information helpful? |
