I had raised concerns over the quality of display panel samsung is providing on premium 4k smart tv which is getting faulty in just 2 yrs for use.
I had requested to review the case and provide a satisfactory solution.
After email exchanges and discussion over call, Samsung executive denied for any resolution whatsoever and advised to repair the TV by paying the full amount for the panel. I requested to at least send the details over email to which they agreed on call, but never sent even after repeated follow-ups.
Requesting to kindly review this matter and at least provide some discount on repair which would be helpful for a customer, rather than penalizing us for low quality products.
