After getting a shock and big dissatisfaction today i am writing this to bring to your kind notice that i bought a samsung refrigerator (Model no: rs62k6007fg) from m. P electro distributor p ltd, bareilly on 24.05.2017 in the name of mr. Monu singh (Customer id: 2559110). This refrigerator worked fine for some time and then we started facing issues with it. The refrigerator stopped cooling and started making noise.
We are really upset and depressed, since we paid a lot of money for this refrigerator. We had to save a lot to buy this kind of refrigerator but it couldn’t even last more than 1 year.
After continuous follow ups for two/three days wherein no diagnosis could be made for the fault by samsung service centre team in bareilly, uttar pradesh, we were finally told that there is no fault in the refrigerator and it is working fine though it was not and was returned to us by service centre. Still the team is not confident that they will be able to fix it.
After few days samsung service centre people asked us to close the request for the fault and that they would reopen the request after few days. On asking from customer care executive the reason for wrong closure of the complaint they intimated that as a request you will get a call from samsung and you give them feedback as “ good” and after few days we will re-open the same complaint.
This shows the kind of professionalism by samsung being such a big and reputed brand. This has really betrayed our trust on samsung. I was also planning to buy a samsung product but after this incident really had to change my decision.
I need to understand the real meaning of after sales service or its just lip service at the time of sales done by the dealer. It’s not the dealers image but the company’s image which is getting tarnished as we buy products on behalf of company & not dealer. At dealership we were not connected to the owner shri chadha and the store manager shri ankur sethi always puts the ball in service centre’s court saying it’s there task. Dealership is selling fake /faulty products and doesn’t cooperate. I don’t understand this concept, as i am working in a bank on a senior profile.
After all this suffering, you are kindly requested to contact the dealer and ask them to change the refrigerator for me as it has got so many mechanical/technical glitches /problems and no final solution has been found by the service centre yet. Also we are not comfortable with it now. I am going back to you in hope that i spare myself and the dealer the hustle of referring to courts and litigation. I am also an employee working in a bank on a senior profile and into service industry since last 15 years. We know the importance of word of mouth & customer service in service industry & this kind of attitude reflects total non professionalism on the company’s part. I trust samsung as one of the most respectful giant companies in the world and having my request addressed and my problem attended to would really reinforce that feeling of trust and respect on the long run.
Your immediate action will be appreciated in this regard.
