From last 13 days we are facing a issue with Samsung which they are not able to solve plus the customer service is pathetic
I ordered Crystal Pro 4K 58" TV order ID - [protected] from the Samsung Shop App and it got delivered on 2nd June 2022. On 3rd June 2022, a person came to install the TV and found that the product that I received is damaged one, it has uneven screen tone/dark spots on the bottom of the screen, he told me to request replacement for the TV.
At the same time, I called the customer care support for replacement of the damaged product and they created a ticket[protected] and assured that team will look into this and get back within next 24 hours.
But I didn't get the proper response from the team and whenever I contacted them and ask for the issue status they replied - "your issue is in progress and we will get back to you within next 24 hours". Today, it is 10th day and still customer support has no answer for my issue.
Whenever I asked them to connect me to a senior person, they replied - "Sorry he is busy with another customer and we will arrange a callback request for the same". But I never received a callback from anyone.
Attaching the damaged product images and Customer Service Report (CSR) for the same. Kindly look into the issue and please help to resolve this ASAP.
