I recently ordered a Samsung galaxy A73 5g from samsung's official website. Now after receiving it (received it on 17th September) when I tried out it's camera and speakers, I found them to be not good at all. I previously have used Samsung M31s which costs less than half the price of A73 but still have got far better camera.
Now I have requested Samsung India to accept the return of the device and refund my amount but they are saying they have delivered the correct product. Yes you have delivered the correct phone i.e. A73 but the specifications are not justified.
I had a bad experience from last month via Samsung website whilst purchasing ZFold3 5g but I still went for buying a Samsung phone and now I highly regret this. I was even thinking to buy a Samsung S8+ tablet. But now it seems like I have successfully wasted my almost 40k rupees in buying A73.
I highly request whosoever is concerned to check my Device and initiate the return and refund process. Please stop using customers. No one gets money for free.
If I am buying a phone worth 40k please give me satisfactory services rather than same repetitive services.
P.S. I wanted to attach photographs taken from A73 vs M31s (file format is .heiv for M31s). You can clearly see the difference when you try to zoom in. But they are too big to upload here (13-14 mb)
