Samsung — For repairing my TV

My TV model is N4200 32 inch. when I opened the TV after one month as I have gone outside from my house, though the sound is coming but no picture is coming rather black spot is coming in the screen.

Updated by santoshdash75 though i have made complaint over phone two time but till date no engineer given visit to resolve the problem till yet.
