My elderly parents (both senior citizens) bought Samsung front load washing machine to ease work owing to old age. Recently, the machine stopped working and after complaint the Samsung service agent visited and charged estimated Rs 6018/- for changing main printed circuit board. However, the machine continued to be malfunctioning and the Samsung service agent stopped responding to the repeated complaints. Its been 22 days since the machine is not working and undue hardship is faced by my elderly parents.
It is requested to please order the company to repair the machine at the earliest and pay an equivalent compensation for undue harrasment to my senior citizen parents.
