I have purchased Samsung Galaxy A71 on 18th June 2021. On 30th June 2021 the handset was totally switch off. I contact nearest Samsung Service Centre, Vedant Services. The taken my handset and all its accessories in their custody. 2 days after the called and told me that motherboard is damaged due to water contact. It's was absolutely wrong and very doubtful about Service Center's wrong activity. At the time of complaint, every customer were facing the same problem.
I am your regular customer and faith with Samsung. I did not any proof still and not got proper treatment from Service Centre .I am requesting you to give replacement of my handset within 7 days . Otherwise I have launch Police Complaint against Service Centre.
