before purchasing Samsung team has given me assurance that i will get the redemption code for my Galaxy watch after 72 Hrs of my Device activation.
Today is 21st day i have not received any code. i have called the toll-free no many times but nobody is given me the proper information. I have send an email also but nobody is reverted on the same.
I have send a message on Twitter.
Noone is bother to call or reply. Very poor servi
I am Mentally Harassed by Samsung now.
I want full refund now i don't want to use Samsung now.
