I had ordered a Samsung Galaxy tab vide order ID [protected] on 29.06.2022. Since it was an urgent requirement and the delivery date was not suitable to me, the same was cancelled on 29.06.2022.
It has been more than 4 weeks, I am yet to receive my refund. In the meantime my credit card bill has been generated for which I am required to make the payment.
It is highly unprofessional on your part to keep customers rightful earining with you for a period more than 4 weeks. I am loosing precious earnings from the blocked amount and also I have to pay to my credit card which will be further blocked as Credit until I utilize the same.
I don’t feel I am at fault in the whole process.
There is also a ticket pending[protected].) pending, duly raised by me for the same issue, for more than a week.
Due to the inefficiency in your system I am made to suffer and am undergoing unnecessary turmoil and loss of income.
Further calls from customer care and further ticket [protected] has been raised.
I regret to inform you that my refund is still pending.
Does your resolution team really work??
Really a bad experience.
I will make sure to percolate this feedback of mine and the harassment vetted to me by Samsung by holding back my money of more than Rs.59000 for more than a month. Was this information helpful? |
