I have purchased a Samsung TV on October 2021. Within 6 months time it started showing different types of issue. TV started blacking out frequently. Another issue with the TV is there is a horizontal line running across the middle of the screen.
I have contacted Samsung service desk several times. Hard to say they aren't of any use. It has been almost 2 months now. In this time period I called them regularly but not a single agent could really help me other than saying they will solve the issue ASAP.
I registered my complaint with Samsung on 4th June 2021. It's going to be almost 2 months now and they haven't taken any action yet other than saying they will solve the issue ASAP . I have to say that the customer service provided br Samsung is really horrendous. From all I have experienced I have to say thatt hey Don't care about the customer's time and money.
I regret buying products from Samsung and I am sure that I'll not definitely make this mistake in future. Was this information helpful? |
