I had ordered my Samsung M7 monitor on the 1st of August online with an estimated delivery date of 3rd of August. On the 3rd of August, I have zero update regarding the product. According to the website it's just "Confirmed", not even packed or shipped. I've called Customer Support thrice - one said the issue is escalated and I have to wait 24-48 hours, second said her tools aren't working so I need to call them again (no, they won't call, I have to call) and third again said I have only raised the issue 4 hours back so only to wait till 24-48 hours and the product will reach me as soon as possible. When is "as soon as possible"? Nobody knows. All I get to hear are vague answers. Samsung just wants quick money, no CoD and won't even look into it's delivery. I could've picked it from the store had I known about Samsung's pathetic delivery. No wonder there thousands on complaints floating around. Was this information helpful? |
