[Resolved]  Samsung India — [protected] - ticket close without any action

Hi team. I have a problem. I had raised a service request with samsung customer care for my refrigerator to be fixed via complaint id [protected]. The complaint was closed without taking any action and i am lying with the refrigerator from the last 10 days which does not work. I do not understand the professionality of samsung and would like to ask them about any customer obsession that samsung even has.
