I purchased a 43 inches tv, model no. Ua43k5300 from vijay sales, linking road store on 29th october 2017. The tv which was delivered the next day at my residence came in a faded torn crumpled packing. On installation, the technician realized that it was faulty and the display was a merged picture. He took away the tv.
The next day after a lot of follow up another tv was delivered. Today we are again facing issues with the tv. The images get blurred for a few seconds and then focus into images. The viewing on sd channels is pathetic with fudged images and there is no sharpness and clarity on hd channels.
A customer on purchase of a high end and highly priced product looks forward to having a great viewing experience with his family. Unfortunately for me purchase of a samsung tv has turned out to be a traumatic experience. Is this what is being offered by the korean industry to the indian consumers. Their website mentions that their innovations will transform the consumers’ lives. We the consumers certainly did not expect it to transform our lives adversely.
Morever their installer mahesh +91-[protected] was not ready to accept the fault. He also bullied us into buying a hdmi cable and took 850/- in cash promising us that it would enhance the viewing experience. Alas it was just the opposite.
