I have given my product in customer care on[protected] and from that day i did not received my bluetooth return. The customer care person some times mr. Amit, mr. Deepak & ms. Harpreet they told that give me some time, so, now look sir how much time they required an when i will get my bluetooth back, finally this is very bad i am suffering so, do need full as soon as possible.

I am thankful to the Samsung care team that they are trying hard to solve my problem,

Mr. Sandeep over telephonic discussion Mr. Sonu told me in front of you that i will collect my device from Mr. Pawan but he has not given and need two more days grace period.
So, i am just informing you that finally i am not getting my device yet So, please keep in touch.
