I registered a complaint [protected] on 20 february 201 since 15 days i have complained against my tv until now it is not been resolved as per your customer team executive has informed us that today 4/3/2019 they show will be sorted by 8 o’clock but still we have not received any solution from your side it is very disappointing about your service and i and i want to inform you that i don’t want an apology from your side it’s been 15 days now so i don’t i will not pay you for any service charges or any other charges i wanted free of cost.
And if you are unable to full and if you are unable to solve the problem then please inform me prior only don’t waste my days
Why 15 days to solved the problem??? Its your company’s tv issue and can’t you solve it??? Half of the month i have waiting for the solution and because of your late service i am not liable to pay you any of the charges. Its surprising that samsung takes 15 and more days to solve the issue in its own product!!! Today i have inquired to your nashik branch about my tv but they informed that still they have not received the particular part which is to be repaired or replaced.
