1) our a. C was not effective at all, hence we registered a complaint ref no [protected] dt 28.03.19 & were promised that the technician will attend the next day i. E on 29th march 19.
2) however the technician came on 30th march & without doing anything just collected rs. 550/- saying there is a gas leakage, hence the unit needs to be sent to their work shop 7 other technician would come on monday i. E 1st april 19 to collect the same.
3) after waiting for the full day on monday as no one turned up, finally we sent a mail to their ceo on tuesday2nd aprilafter that the technician came 7 just dismantelled the unit & went away saying somebody else will come to collect it & after following up 2-3 times the same was collected in the evening on 2nd april.
4) since then, inspite of several phone callsto their service centre, 2 emails to their ceo, there has been no response from either of them. Every time we just get a reply from their service centre that they will revert back within 15-20 minutes. (We have the audio recording as proof which we have sent to their ceo also)
5) today its 5th april we are still not aware when we will get back our unit. It has been burning hot outside 7 even after buying a. C we are not ale to use it.
6) i think no one in samsung has any control over their authorized service centres including the ceo. I received a call from their ceo office on 5th april morning (I have the recording proof) commiting that the ac will be installed today, but to my surprise even that commitment has not been fulfilled whom else we can approach as a customer?
This is the kind of service we are getting from samsung. Hence please be careful while buying your home appliances in future. Was this information helpful? |
