I have bought 8 samsung acs in oct 2016, and requested the first free servicing under warranty as one ac is defective and 3 others are not cooling / leaking water.
The first call for servicing was made on 30 july and have been followed up with multiple calls to the service center.
Each time, the response has been to assure that the technicians would visit during the day. Thus i have spent 4 days at home just waiting for the technicians who failed to arrive.
