Samsung s9/s9 plus the camera reimagined & after sale service you cannot imagine.
Few days back i ordered this phone from samsung store, product delivered to me. Phone comes with temporary screen guard like other phones have so before removing it i ordered a tempered glass. When we removed screen guard to apply tempered glass to the display, we found a minor scratch on the top of the phone & a fine line which is appearing on the glass only when you apply any liquid solution to it (We discovered at the time of applying liquid solution for cleaning to place tempered glass to it).
We immediately report it to samsung customer care. Phone was collected very next day with a backup phone & from then i have made almost 40 calls with different people explaining the issue from scratch. They have asked me to speak with different people & i did the same but without any resolution. Even though the fault was already there in the display at the time of purchase but they are not accepting their fault & repetitively saying that this product can not be covered in the warranty as there is minor scratch on the top of the panel.
They have not even analysed the display issue (Fine line which is appearing on the top) which is pretty common for s9/s9 plus user as lot of s9 users have reported similar display issues.
I am completely disappointed & frustrated after spending 60k + & when it comes to after sales service they are behaving like i have purchased chinese phone from grey market without bill.
I want my money back because i have lost my faith in samsung mobile. I will not recommend it to anyone. Pls. Save your hard earned money & better to buy a good phone with good after sale service. Was this information helpful? |
