[Resolved]  Samsung India — air conditioner issue

Had a problem with my ac in the month of march, 2017, called samsung call center they took 10 days to send the service guy to our home. There the service center did diagnosed that there is no cooling gas and later said the condensor coil is the issue and they did replaced and the total bill was rs 8405 (Eight thousand four hundred and five rupees) and said there is a guarantee of about 6 months, and in less than 2 months ac broke again no cool air was coming. We called the samsung call center and they arranged the service guy after 10 days. They took the ac unit to the workshop and said they will bring it back in 2-3 days but they did not. Had to call them multiple times every day for a month (Not sure what they did for one month). Finally they returned after a month but never installed and they said its again the coil issue and i need to pay some amount again. The service center said when i did the initial repair that 6 months warranty will be there the changed parts but now why am being charged for that they did not answered and left saying they will come back with bill tomorrow and do the installation. And its been a more than a month now, we call the service center so many times now they even blocked our numbers, called samsung call center many times only response i get is "we will intimate the service center and they will call and install the ac by today itself on high priority", even after so much difficulty spoke to the supervisor and heard the same response from him. When tried connecting to the supervisor again he never calls back or the customer care representative will say supervisor is busy he will call you back, but never does.

Why the call center is taking some much time every time to arrange someone to check if there is some issue with ac?
Why the service center is taking so much time to fix the ac?
Why he wants to charge again for the condenser coil, if it is under warranty? When the coil was changed recently what problem it gave?
Why the call center is taking so much time to have my ac installed? If you cannot why there is a stupid rule saying only "authorized service center should install or warranty will be void"?
Why the supervisor do not respond/call back even though requested for multiple times?
Is my ac really fixed? Or is it just dumped at my home as it is?
Why the service guy did not gave any receipt when they got back the ac?
Does samsung have only one authorized dealer in the entire hyderabad area?
If you cannot fix it then please refund the money, will buy something better than samsung which cares for the customer.
