I bought your product in hyderabad.
I bought an samsung split ac about 2 months back. Last week (30th april) i called the support team regarding an issue that developed in the ac, within 2 months!. I was told a service technician would visit on the 2nd of may. I am a working professional, i still took a leave that day to attend to your service technician. To my surprise, i did not receive any call or message from the service technician about the visit. I wasted my entire day waiting for the service guy.
Today (Saturday, the 4th) i have made at least 7-8 calls to your support team to get to someone who can help me. The standard response i have been getting from the people on the call that they have sent an email to the service team but did not hear from them. The entire day was wasted. I was told i would get a call from the supervisor before 3:30 pm and yes, i was not surprise they noone called. So, i called again around 4. The support rep told me the service was declined from the service center. What a shocker! No reason was given to me why this was declined.
Eventually, after so many attempts, i did get a call from a supervisor named sushma. She assured me the service technician was assigned on it and that the technician would call me to fix an appointment today. Guess what! This was a lie too. I never got any call from the service technician.
I called around 9:15 pm again today to enquire about these service (After having wasted yet another day). Bappi picked up the call and i was told simply he could not help me and the only thing he could do is arrange another call back from supervisor ratish. I enquired if there was a supervisor available on the floor and i was told there were none. What a surprise! Samsung support works without a supervisor. No wonder the service is a pain. I asked for the email address for ratish and was denied. I the meanwhile, someone at the back was laughing at the ordeal i have been facing as a customer.
So net net, i bought a provide 2 months back. It fails withing two months. I wasted 4 days waiting for the service technician to visit and was only given false promises. The supervisor lies to me. The support people have complete lack of empathy. And hey, i am still sitting with a broken product. Was this information helpful? |
