Respected sir/madam,
I had an issue with my display of samsung sm-j730f phone which bought for 22000 inr from saudi arabia. It says warranty is international and i cant claim it from india. Then i payed 4645 inr to change a new display from samsung authorised service center (Parayancheri, calicut, kerala) on november 3, 2018. They gave me poor display and today my display is flickering. Please note that the handset didnt fall down or any thing damged. I went there again today and asked for the value for my four thousand six hundred and fourty five rupee. But they told they cant resolve my issue if i didnt pay that much money once again because i had bought it from outside india.

Please note that the issue came again within 1 month and the company is not taking the issue of consumers seriously. Also i changed the display from india and not resolving the issue inside india itself.

Please ensure me justice. I feel they sounds like they are questioning honorable indian judicial.

I just want the service center to resolve the issue at no cost as the issue came after 26 days

If this problem is not resolved from here, i have call recordings of what Samsung supervisor and customer care staffs told me when i asked to resolve my issue, i will share it on all means of social media and start a campain against Samsung Electronics poor service on their costly products with my payment bills and will go to consumer court by 200000 to claim with all samsung products in my family. Public should aware of Samsung's cheating.

I am attaching my bill of 4645 rupee original display for your clarifications. Samsung should resolve my complaint because the company didn't mention about NO WARRANTY FOR ORIGINAL DISPLAY BOUGHT FROM INDIA ATLEAST FOR 30 DAYS for its products purchased from abroad in its warranty policy. It is clear that company service centers itself are working against the company"s warranty policy. I dont want the 'international' warranty of the product. But atleast i should get changed my POOR DISPLAY CHANGED FROM YOUR AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER.

I have my evidences about the call from your complaint tollfree number. I cant upload it here because the website has no option to upload audio file.

I still believe Samsung wont CHEAT their CUSTOMERS.You should assure me your best service as you said above '(Thanking and assuring you our best services always)'.

    Hi my phone got damaged and was in insurance with one assist so basically my phone was repaired through one assist at samsung authorised service centre (Paid 1358, bill no - [protected] just after two days i got my phone, accidentally a half glass of water was fallen on my phone and my phone is not working now, my point is my phone was repaired by authorised service centre and samsung s8 plus is water resistant so how could my device got damaged by just a a little water of water,, samsung has not done their job properly or might have done poor servicing by not fixing all the screws/glue in a proper way after mailing this on in. [protected]@samsung.com they called me and asked to go to service centre and have a physical inspection so i did and that inspection was done and i came to know that my display was not been changed at all.
    It means they charged for my display i have the bill also (Bill no - [protected]) and in real they did not changed it, as confirmed by another authorised service center they cleary did a fraud and i am gonna file a case in court against samsung,, and because of that old display water got inside the phone which spoiled everything and now repair estimate is 42000? Who is gonna pay that? Samsung get me repaired it for free orelse i will definately file a case, my email id - [protected]@gmail.com
    So because i was charged and it was mention in bill that my phone s display was changed i thought water would not affect my phone but in real it wasnt changed so water damaged my device so its samsung s fault, repair it for free or else i will go to the court for justice.

        I bought the samsung j7 pro from supreme mobile at trichy for 19000. The phone had a black dot and in a few days it starts to bleed/ started to blacken after 3 month onwards. I have started to follow the complaining procedure but there is no positive replies from samsung. They have taken everything as granted they just predicting by themselves when i told them that might be manufacturing defect then simply ignored it. I have the bill and it is under warranty. He wants me to pay 4500 for changing the screen really very disappointed and shocked

          Am owning a samsung refrigerator side by side door, which is not working from 2 months and service engineer of samsung can’t repair the refrigerator. From one month engineers come and just give another excuse and goes back without repairing. Am really helpless if big company’s like samsung india does this to their customers.             I bought new samsung s9 plus on june 2018 i have visited samsung mobile service centre ambabari, jaipur to get my mobile phone repaired as i was facing problem of mobile get swithed off during charging and not gettting on. There was no other problem other than this in my mobile. I took it to the authorized service centre, and was surprised. They said, "you have a very minor scratch on the body (Even its not related to my current problem). We will not take it on under warrenty" is it normal? This phone was in perfect condition, and i had to send high resolution pictures to prove it
            So here i am, writing this, at the worst possible time for samsung. I am so sorry i ever bought this phone. I feel as if samsung doesn't want to warranty their product. Hope you can look into this matter and take appropriate action

            Yesterday got call from samsung customer care, they give estimate amount for my mobile repairing they told there is a problem in mobile motherboard even though it is in warranty period. And the funniest part is that they even don't know what is the problem in my mobile because they never checked it in service center.
            Last time i visited samsung service center they return my mobile and told that your mobile will not come under warranty, without even checked it due to that minor scratch on my mobile (Previously i send that pictures also).
            It is a really shameful act from your side
            I complain it here not because you give me estimate amount for my mobile repairing i complaint because you should either repair it free of cost because it is in warranty or you can change it with a new one
            Customers are not fool remember it!!!

                I purchased samsung refrigerator in year 2017 and 3 months before it stopped working i registered a complaint to costumer care but very slow action was taken then again a month after repair the same problem is faced by me
                The work and product is very unsatisfactory and the service of customer service is really worst i request to take an immediate action against samsung as it's not a product of 1000 or 2000 but is worth 65000 (Sixty five thousand inr) and the technician is not responding to complain and ignoring the problems of the customer's so please it a request to take a strict action

                  I brought one mobile phone before a month it’s not work properly touch and speaker issue.
                  Mobile is under warranty.
                  I went to service center they also not responded properly.
                  Handset is not affected by water they told its affected by water liquid damage.

                  It brought on shop only it’s having the proper bill and it’s in warrenty period but the customer service center people ask 7000 to clear the issue.

                    I bought samsung s7 edge 2.5 months back. I have been using with utmost care that i never dropped or mishandled it even once. Last night i accidentally dropped it from a height of 2 feet. The display screen is broken. Approached customer care and this is not covered under their warranty. And they are quoting a huge amount for repair. How can samsung cheat the customer like this. Won't they do any quality test before releasing a product. This flag ship phone is not withstanding even a 2feet drop. And customer has to bear the repair charges. Very very disappointed. Never ever recommend this phone to anyone. This is a manufacturing defect. If a phone breaks within 2.5 months of buying and that too with a small hit, how it can't be a manufacturing defect.

                      It's been 2 years since i brought c9 pro and everything was fine until 4 months before. Had kept the mobile for charging and then there was this message pop up saying "moisture has been detected in your charger/usb port. Make sure it is completely dry before charging your device. Drying the port may take some time." it was not at all wet. If i restart the phone while charger is connected, the phone is getting charged without problem. But the problem continues and i can't charge my mobile without restart. This is not what i expect from 34k worth handset and that too from a company like samsung!

                        Bought a samsung latest model tv on 21/7/2018 model number 49nu8000 -49”serial no oacw3pck600006 uhd led and on 25/11/2018 within 4 months motherboard got damaged and @samsung are not ready to replace the tv this is the kind of products they sell and services @samsung provides. When contacted they said they will only change the motherboard part and will not replace the tv nor refund the money is this the quality check they do before selling the product. Dissappointed with the samsung products.

Why should a customer suffer because of Samsung’s poor quality product test, Why should a customer buy Samsung latest model if such issues are faced by customer and there is no quick resolution. Please replace the tv or give the money back this is not acceptable, you are letting consumer/ customer suffer because of your poor quality product check and negligence.

                          Iam writing this complaint for my friend. He purchased a samsung galaxy s8 plus handset from saudi arabia on september 2017 and the phone has stopped working on november 22 2018, thursday. The phone has two years international warranty. On the same day we both visited a samsung service center. They said that the warranty is not applicable in india and told us that they will service the phone only if we pay money. Then they analysed the problem and told us that they will need 18000 rupees to repair the phone. My friend again visited the service center to know about his phone's status. But they told us they haven't even started working on his phone and told him rudely that it will take a lot of time and they are not interested in repairing his phone. They said if he need it repaired he should wait or he should take the phone back. Mistreated by them, my friend took his phone back and contacted samsung india to know what to do. But there isn't yet a positive response from their side too. He is confused and doesn't know what to do.

                            I am totally disappointed and unhappy with the assistance provided by company ; i had hope for their support and assistance to change my faulty phone into good one as the phone was purchased just few days ago and it continuously given the problem from first day.                               I have purchased the level u bluetooth head set of samsung on oct 25th only giving trust on the brand. But i am surprised to see within a months time it's started tearing from one end. Its mic is not at all working too...in my busy schedule i have walked in to samsung service canter with the bill. Enquired why this is happened... They were answer less and informed me that they are helpless for this... It's my fault it got teared.. Being a banker i had informed them on my job profile... They had not even ready to attend this... I requested them to provide them in writing that they can't service it.. I informed am ready to pay something if you can clear it... But they just provided me a complaint number... Informed that all these don't come under warranty.. The funniest part is i lost the money in just 30 days.. Lost.2.5k in just 30 day's for trusting a brand.. Am sharing you all the documents...

                                Here i am sharing worst experience with you. I purchased refrigerator on january 2018 and his cooling gets down 2 days ago. I complained for same on customer on 25th, technician visited on 26th. He shouted on my family stating who did this hole which we haven't found. Then he left in 5 min with photos stating he will revert with warranty or price. Haven't got any call from him up frontly i got sms from customer care that your service order has been cancelled due to estimate hasn't approved. I called customer for same and they said 9000 is estimated amount for cooling coil which needs to be replaced as this is physical damage and warranty won't be covered. Here i am requesting you to prove that physical damage and show me scratches of physical damage. If you guys don't want to give warranty then why are you selling warranty. We haven't made aby damage evwn we don't know. It's your product failure in 10 months and you are not accepting it.

                                  I have an s8plus model purchased from saudi supermarket at september 2017. And has warranty for 2 years.. Somehow when i connected to the charger suddently it becomes dead. I took the phone and go to the service centre... First of all they are not willing to accept the phone. Latterly they suggested me to go a local service centre known by them... At there they are not sure whether they can save or not... So i took the phone.. Now what i want to do with my phone.                                     I am a huge fan of Samsung note series, hence even though not using the one plus device for a long time I have switched into Samsung Note 8. I am not very much disappointed by the Samsung website and the customer service.
                                    I have placed order [protected] (Samsung note 8 rugged cover case) which sums a total of 1799 in Samsung's official website (https://www.samsung.com/in/web/my-orders). The order was immediately cancelled by Samsung official website which was not done by me. When I checked in the My Order Section in the Website it shows that the product is been cancelled and was going to be shipped to Shiva Ranwa and his address is mentioned in the website. I don't know the person and his address. I think Samsung is doing some fraud in my Samsung account because apart from my order I can see lot many order been placed in my account (Screenshot is been attached in the email).
                                    I want my refund back immediately and I want the reason why all of the transaction is been done from my account. I am scared now because I think Samsung has my credit card details with them.
                                    When I called to Samsung executive (Shriya). I can't actually remember her name, she was harassing me repeating the same sentence again and again that she "has provided the information" even though she had only provided the Samsung support email id. I as a consumer war so hurt that fraud is going on and without resolving the issue she was singing like a broken tape recorder.
                                    Samsung says that the amount will be refunded within 21 days I can’t wait for so many days I want my money immediately, since it’s already been cancelled. I have attached the screenshot for reference.

                                      We bought an S8 phone but after using it, after 15 days we found that it emits heavy radiation, so we contacted Samsung and informed about this issue but they have no clue about what we are talking about. When I directly went to service center and showed the proof, that stupid customer service guy is laughing and telling that "We wont trust third party apps sir, we will go only through *#07#". That number is predefined and my complaint is that it emits radiation over than amount which is showing in the phone.They failed to take my complaint and not even checked my phone, he just asked me to move away. Very worst product and company ever, all are cheaters. Everyone in call are transferring and telling something but no way of solution. Please help us to fix this issue.
