A few days, but slowly and slowly, my family members started noticing that there is some type of problem in led, they told me about this and i further conveyed it to the dealer. He told me that the wiring (Shoe-plug etc.) might be causing the problem so get it checked from some knowledgeable electrician. Accordingly i called an electrician who told me that wiring is ok there is nothing in it, which i further brought to the notice of the dealer who then said that we should make"a video clipping"so that it might be sent to the company. But as i have said earliar the problem occurs for a few seconds and it is hardly to be picturised, so i am left stranded and have no option but to bring the matter to your notice through mail. Sir i have been a regular customer of the samsung company, never been a complainant of the products of the company, adjust with minor things, but this time i think the matter is worthy of bringing to your kind notice so that led might be repaired and needful should be done on your behalf.

I received a mail from Samsung that i win a big prize
But i donot received my money
This is in reference to your complaint dated 29.11.2018 wherein you had enquired about the fake email / SMS received by your good selves in the name of Samsung.
In this regard we would like to inform you that Samsung is not connected with such activities in any manner.
Further any response to such communications where personal details are being sought could result in access and misuse of your personal identity/ information.
In some instances they may try to convince and allure you to deposit cash (may be once and / or on repeated occasions) in certain specified bank(s).
They may also call upon you to visit links and/or provide your communication address and/or contact details to release the non-existent prizes.
