My harddisk got crashed then I submitted my harddisk and i got the replacment but the replace harddisk was also not working properly. Then i again subitted my harddisk on sept 13th '08.

The lady named Sunita negi collected it and told me to collect on sept 17th '08.
When i callled on sept 17th '08, for the confirmation of the time of reciving time of harddisk, the person named mukut told that harddisk has not arrived then i asked him to transfer to the manager named rana. Rana told me that you can pick your harddsik withing another 3 or 4 days..
But when i called them after 3 days they are saying the same thing..
then i talked to the ASM but he is also giving me the excuses.

Customer care service is very bad. they never suppose to pick my calls even.

I had some urgent work to do but because of those people I could not able to complete my urgent work. who will be responsible for this. my work order number is 1778.
I would highly appreciat it you people pay any sort of attention regarding this.

Furthermore, the person in the servic center suport at Nehru Place with whom I had conversation is so pathetic and meaningless I can't expalin you. I have a suggestion to people to make them educate before sending them floor.

    I registered a compliant on 12th May regarding poor performance of my Samsung Split AC. My SR # is [protected]. Since last 24 days I have followed up 7 times with Samsung call center # 30308282. On each call I am assured that a technician would come to my place to resolve the issue. As a matter of fact all my STD call to Samsung Call Center have gone in vain. There has been NO RESPONSE from team Samsung

    Please help !

    R/S/M,
    I bought a Samsung mobile from your company around 7 months back. I’ve been using your products from last 10 years. Every time I buy any white good and that’s always Samsung. I am using Samsung LCD, Samsung A.c., Samsung Fridge and Samsung VCD Player too. I trust this brand very much and I always advise my friends to buy your products. However, this time your services ruined my interest and that made me feel very upset. The day I bought the cell, it started giving me troubles. It started hanging in between my calls. And when I contacted the hot spot’s sales executive at sec.15 Faridabad, he advised me to contact Samsung Service station. Then I contacted your service station and they told me to get the original copy of bill such that they can entertain me. However, that bill got misplaced some how and I pleaded them very much but they didn’t heard me and they refused to help me with that. But does that mean I never bought that cell from you guys?
    Now, there is a last hope from you guys from where I can get help. Now the scenario definition on customer is “Single customer is a valuable customer”. As I am a part of one of the leading companies like yours and that is ABB India. My mobile description is given below:

    samsung is a bull siht company, they can sell their products but the cant give any service to their customers, sorry to say that i wasted my money on samsung product, i will never say any one to buy samsung products, lg is a bettern then samsung, they give service they give amc(annual maintainance contract) then one thins is good asbout lg they give very good service.

    samsung and LG — no response for anything

    ordered Samsung refregerator and LG washing machine on 23/02/2009
    refregareator was delivered which is damaged requested to replace but
    no proper response ezone
    washing machine they don't have any idea to deliver
    they say another 4 to 5 days it will be delivered from past 15 days
    I biught a Samsung Window AC lasr year from cheap cycle store Talwara Distt Hoshiarpur Punjab. Since i bought the AC no service ios given to me even after requesting many a times. plz sought out my problem as soon as possible. The cooling of the AC is not proper and the hot summer season is started. so plz take my request seriously.

    my complain no is [protected], i have Samsung Window AC i am calling a lot of times Regarding Window AC complaint but not responded. i am very discarded & i Dissected i am not buying any product in future.
    I fully agree with all my friends who have been facing this kind of service complaints from Samsung. My refrigerator is down for the last 11 days and the Engg checked it last on 2nd May after lot of convincing to come and attend the same. Even after 11 days we have no information on the status or when someone would come to attend it.

    I have paid Rs 30, 000/- for the refrigerator hoping to get prompt service from reputed brands - but unfortunately it has not been the case. Even after sending many mails in the last 11 days and calling up, none have responded nor do they give the contact Nos of Samsung Service Managers.

    I have decided never to buy any Samsung products and would strongly recommend all to go for Indian brands since atleast good service can be expected - atleast access to the Managers in those would be available unlike the so-called MNC's who are shielding their Managers.

    i have been making complaint regarding my 1.5 ton split ac BP no. [protected] since may 2009, its been 3 months and the complaint has not been resolved. The customer care (why do they even bother to call it care) people keep giving assurances but no action has been taken. The no. Provided by them of their technical support team also doesnt bother to take my calls, the water from the ac is still leaking for the past few months now.

    Samsung India Ac — No response Ac is not working

    Dear sir my Samsung Ac is not working properly and I have complaint through Customer Care and Complaint no is [protected] but no one has came to check my ac and my ac is under warranty, I called up again and again customer care but customer care executive Mr.Ramakant spoke to me rudely and not reply in well manner. I am feeling embarrassed after such a bad post sale service. Kindly look into the matter and send someone to repair my ac.

      hello sir/madam,
      i purchased my samsung SGH-J600 mobile four months back in bangalore at subhiksha shop...i have 2 problem in my mobile..if i talk with my mobile even for 3 to 4 minuites my mobile gets heated soon...the second problem is my sending messages or item via bluetooth is failed always...but no problem while recieving...plz say me a solution to solve my problem...hope to receive quick and good solution from you...

      SAMSUNG SGH-J600 — No Battery Backup

      I purchased a Samsung J600 mobile ion Nov 2007. After 2-3 Months the mobile sarted giving problems. The set used to become hot while charging. i took it int nearest Samsung Service Center, they changed the battery and returned. again the same problem was arising and again i went.they kept the mobile for 10-15 days and then returned. They said It became alright.The set again became Hot while charging.i was just Fred up of it. i didnt use it.Again on 10/10/2008 i gave it for servicing in the same place the kept it and still i did not get it.After a year they are saying that there is a liquid lock...

      After that my mobile had problem in warranty. So I had given it into the authorized Samsung Service Center in our city on[protected]. S.S.C. had taken my mobile & instead of that, they had given me a receipt of my mobile.
      S.S.C. Reply - sir, please you come after 2days.
      After 2days I had going in S.S.C. & asked about my mobile. Then,
      S.S.C. Reply - mobile unable to accepting software, so we want to send it into our company. So please you comes after 15days. (& I was agreeing with them.)
      After 15days, I had going in S.S.C. Then,
      S.S.C. Reply - we are sorry, since no any reply from company. When company gives any reply to us, then we call you back later. Please you come after 20days. (I was in tension).
      After 20days, I came in S.S.C. Then,
      S.S.C. Reply - Sir, your mobiles software permanently damaging, so yours mobile have replacement order from company. Please you come after few days. (So I was happy, because I will get new mobile).
      After 15days, I came in S.S.C. Then,
      S.S.C. Reply - sorry sir, no any reply from company, so please you come after 10days. (I was upset)
      When, I came in S.S.C. Then,
      S.S.C. Reply - Sir, company have no Samsung SGH-J600 model, so you please choose Samsung�s other mobile model & its budgets wants same as yours purchased mobile price. (Then he showed me Samsung mobile chart. & I was chosen Samsung L700 mobile model)
      S.S.C. told me - Sir, you want feels extra money, because Samsung L700�s price is more than you�re purchased mobile�s price, (& I was agree with them) & please you come after few days.
      After 20days I came in S.S.C. Then,
      S.S.C. Reply - sorry sir, company canceled yours mobiles replacement order & company decide to give you, yours mobiles price refund. (Then I was really very happy) sir, when company gives us any reply about your mobiles refund after that we call you back later. (I was purchase second hand mobile for Rs-8000/-, because company will give me refund)
      After 2 weeks I came in S.S.C. Then,
      S.S.C. Reply - sorry sir, company is not giving us any reply, so we are unable to give you, your refund. (Then I was really very upset) &
      I asked them - how is this possible, that company is not giving you any response? Why your company takes so much time for replacement & refunding!
      S.S.C. Reply - till now, we replaced 28 mobiles.
      I told them - that�s shows your company�s progress!
      That time S.S.C. called his senior officer, & gave me his cell, & I talked to the officer (Kishor Sutar) about this all. They heard my talking subject. After that K.S. demands me for some days. (I was agree with him)
      After few days, I called K.S. & enquire about my mobile refund then
      K.S. Response � sir, your refunds procedure is running, when I will get any response from my boss, then I will call you back later. �I will call you back myself� it�s my promise.
      Day after days has been going, I had didn�t got any calls from K.S, because K.S. was forgot his promise & I was getting bored, so after many days, I called him & asked about my refund, but once again K.S demands me for some days.
      K.S. response � sir, I unable to meet my boss, but yours refunds procedure in progress. So you please understand. I will call you back later. Then
      I asked him � last15days are you sleeping? In this period you can�t meet your boss for one time! You call it procedure?
      Day after days has been going, but no any good reply from K.S; when I called him then every time K.S. gives me only decided answer. That is-
      �Your refund procedure is running. I can�t meet my Boss. Boss can�t take my call.�
      K.S. didn�t give me any proper feedback. (So I really mostly upset)

      Sir, I suppose you read this letter, & you will agree with me. I guess you will take any proper action on my objection.
      This phone is the worst phone that samsung can manufacture. This phone works only for one year as per its warranty. This shows the beauty of samsung mobile company. I highly regret for buying this mobile... Samsung can better shut down its mobile company and concentrate in other products.

      SAMSUNG SGH-J600 — Samsung SGH-J600 Battery connector

      Dear, I am using Samsung SGH-J600 slide, recently i got a problem, i cannot charge... went to Samsung service centre,6th floor, Secundrabad. they said have to place an order for battery connector.
      so i kept an order and given my mobile. every 3days, 5 days, and 7days i am calling that service centre:
      Responce is still they didn't get that spare part.

      atleast i call 20 times. responce is really very bad. nobody is responce for my mobile. is it really really very very bad service ...

      once i went to thr.. one fellow will tell will fix it for you... one fellow will tell no spare part.

        My Name is Yatendra and Bought a SCH F679 CDMA ( Also known as MAXX) for my reliance.
        The phone developed a snag and I gave it to service center on the 18th August 2008. My Job card number was WA[protected]
        This was NOIDA - Samsung Service Center at Ganga Shopping Complex.
        There was a display in the service center that claimed - guaranteed 7 day service. HA HA... It took them 10 days to do something. Mind you during these 10 days I had to personally go there 'killing my 4 hours out of office hours, each time, Finally on 27th they gave me the set with a fault that read - battery problem. So I requested a new battery and asked them to check it for me. The phone dint switch on. They tried many batteries and direct charger...but nothing worked. So they took it back and said that it will take a few days more. So after 3 days...after calling them and again personally visiting them...I was told that the phone has water logging and this is not covered in warranty...and the repair will incur a Rs. 5000 charge. ASTONISHED !!!.
        I could not understand as to how did the phone develop water logging in last 2 days, where as the set was with them for good 10 days and it was sent to their service center in OKHLA - Delhi. So I called up the customer care center and lodged a complaint. They were (as usual call center types- Thank u for calling…….have a nice day blah blah types). They said that some one will get back to me. Errrr...get back...no one in the damn organisation ever gets back to you. After a week later - after having called the customer care many times - I had to use the conventional INDIAN way --- abuse ( Ma Bahin...) on phone. So they gave the number of some Savinder Chauhan ([protected]) - HEAD of customer care and service for western UP and NOIDA ( Big post - very high protocol- must a be a very qualified man – or may be some resourceful person who got a good reference for the job). The person was very responsive on the first call- it was Wednesday.
        He promised to personally go to the service center and check for my problem and get it sorted. He PROMISED to call me back on Friday. I kept waiting...as usual keeping up the SAMSUNG INDIA's attitude...Chauhan did not call. So I called up the service center at Ganga Shopping Complex, to check if The GREAT Mr. Chauhan had attended to my handset or got it checked / picked up...the answer was well expected ...NOOOOOOO. The Great Chauhan never contacted the service center for my phone. ( Prithvi Raj Chauhan would have committed suicide at this junction. Thank God he was not born in these times)
        So I called up Chauhan. ( Please note that This Chauhan is a the busiest man on earth – perhaps right hand man of George Bush). He never picked up the phone. After many tries he finally picked up the phone and gave me all sort of excuses that how he got busy and how he has to manage so many things ( I don’t know what is that the company pays him for ). Again he said that by Tuesday he will get my phone attended to and that I will get my phone in 2-3 days. That he will call me back and update me on the status. OKKKKKKKK
        Next week….I kept waiting for a call Tuesday, , , , , Wednesday……..Nothing happened. I tried calling up the Great Chauhan…………….No response….Phone ringing ………..but no pick up. I must have called at least 20 times. So After 22 days and no phone and no response. I got pissed off and called up the customer care and again did the same………….shout and abuse. I asked them to give me someone’s telephone number above Chauhan. After a long hold they gave me a number or Mr. Rajan – supposedly head for all the products in Uttarpradesh. I called him up and gave him my story. He was sincerely nice and immedietly got Chauhan on a conference with me. Chauhan again made promises and commitments to get my problem solved in next 2 days.
        Like an emotional Indian Fool, I believed. But again no response…………absolutely no response. Mind you Chauhan does not pay his bills for the cell phone…………he still does not call customers. He is busy calling his bosses whom he must be buttering for a promotion for INDIA Head for customer [censored] ups.
        I call him up and find out. He agrees that there was a fault and that they will need to change the mother board. It will take some time. Ok no problem were his words.
        After a week no response. I kept calling and asking. He then tells me that the company is short of motherboards……………….as if it’s the customers fault to have bought a phone. I was furious and called back the customer care…………to get in touch with chauhan. Mind you Chauhan never picks up his phone from customers. You have to call mobile customer care and rave at them and then they definitely get you in touch with him over a conference.
        So Chauhan now tells me that he will get a new phone OR a full refund. I was quite impressed……………………&hellip... after getting screwed for over a month now. But he said that he will take upto 10 days for the refund OR the new phone to arrive ( Let me mention that SAMSUNG INDIA is not concerned about as to how long the customer has been in a fix…………they still follow the protocols. 10 long days………. . If it were a good company they would speed up the process as the customer has not been given his mended phone even after 35 days as against their 7 day guarantee.
        I kept calling Chauhan and when we finally spoke he was sounding as if he was doing me a favour and that he will get a new phone.
        Finally I receive no calls what so ever from any one in Samsung India Mobile divison.
        On Mondy 29th September ( Please note that I gave my h andset to the company on the 18th August 2008. 41 days. I start calling CHAUHAN……………….No response………….he knows my number. I got utterly pissed off and looked up for Samsung India Corporate office on google. I got their Nehru Place office address and telephone (011 – 6411234) the phone rings ---welcome to Samsung India ---dial the extension or hold for the operator---- I hold for the operator………..WOW……no operator. After a long hold of 5 minutes……….no operator. I tried it at least 5 times…………I could not get through to the operator…………After all its their corporate head quarters.
        SO I called back the customer care[protected] and rave at them. They wanted to connect me to the GREAT CHAUHAN…………I refused and asked for a senior persons number. They did not give me any number. But by this time the message must have reached Chauhan. Simultaneously I got a call from a NOIDA land line phone.
        DON’T MISS THIS ::::
        I called back to find who it was…….. I was told it was a PCO. So I enquired where was the PCO………..the lady said Ganga Shopping Complex…………So I asked if it was close to Samsung Service center………..She said yes and I requested her to call them over. Some one came and said yes they were trying to call me ( Samsung Service center does not enough funds to call the customers. So they use PCO)
        So the gentleman tells me that My phone is ready………………and you know what. There is no new phone no refund…………..But they bloody repaired my old phone in 41 days………………………&hel...
        How does one explain this lapse.
        I only request you people not buy any Samsung Products. Their attitude is really screwed. Right from top to bottom they have the worst work force.

        samsung/samsung f679 — poor response from mobile set

        Dear sir,

        we had purchased 8 nos of samsung max CDMA mobile for TATA Chemicals but out them 3 are giving repetitive complaints & one is havng problem of display.
        So please help us to resolve this issue.

        I have purchased a Samsung Refrigerator RT 31 2XVDSI/XTL on 16 Jan 2009 in Visakhapatnam through CSD Canteen. On 16 Jun it was noticed that is was not working. A Complaint was lodged on the same day in the local Samsung Service Centre (Complaint No [protected]).
        The Samsung service person arrived only after 24 hours i.e. in the evening of 17 Jun 2009. He told us that the compressor is bad and he will have to take the fridge and change it. It cannot be done before 5 days.

        1. It is mental agony to know that an electronic product bought with hard-earned money is defective. In the very beginning, one knows that with welding and soldering, the product has a limited life and is at risk for repeated breakdowns.
        2. Response time of service centre in Visakhapatnam is very slow. My waching machine repair which was supposed to repair in 2 days took more than 7 days. Essential spare parts are not available.
        3. It is again mental torture to stay without refrigerator in the hot summers even after paying for a new one. This is even more when one has guests and small children.

        SAMSUNG SUCKS
        very poor service also at Cuttack, Orissa.

          I am having a Samsung Micro-Wave Oven. There has been a damage to the flexible PCB inside along with the wiring by a Rat. Since last more than 2 years I am struggling to get it repaired even in City like Pune. The response is very clear "please contact our head Service Station as these spares are not easily available". I have bought the Top Brand of Micro-wave from Samsung and I do not want to throw it simply because the Spares are not available.

            We have purchased split ac of samsung make 15 days back it was working ok.Its fit for a director's cabin.When he occupied the same the ac stopped cooling .Wwe purchased it from Davar International Gurgaon.Engineer visited the site on thursday and confirmed gas leak .Now we still are awaitng for Engineer to inform the work shop and then the person to come and repair.


            This is the worst expereince we are having and that too for a Directors Cabin,

            SAMSUNG SPLIT A.C. 1.5 TONNE — NO COOLING

            I have logged a complaint with Samsung customer help line [protected] vide complaint no. [protected] on 13/11/2008 for my a.c. which is not cooling, the warranty for the product expired in April this year.

            In May 2008 I was having a minor problem with the A.C. compressor making sound while running, for which I logged a call on the helpline and was sent a technician from Samsung Vision, while doing the job, the technician informed me their contract with Samsung had expired hence he had no job report where I could put my remarks for the job done. The very same day, my A.C. stopped cooling, I logged a call again with Samsung helpline [protected] / job id no. [protected] and was sent another technician from Kalpataru Agency of SAMSUNG at Mira Road, since the A.C. had stopped cooling post the SAMSUNG VISION technicians visit, I refused to pay for the charges, since there was a gas leak in the A.C. as informed to me, by Kalpataru technician.
            I called up and informed SAMSUNG helpline about the same, as on date around a week back my A.C. stopped cooling and on logging my call with the helpline [protected] I was visited at my residence by Mr. MAHENDRA from Kalpataru who spoke very rudely to my minor daughter and mother who were present at home since I was away to office stating that I owed money to Kalpataru for the job conducted in April 2008, this month was incorrect, post which I called Kalpataru and was spoken to very rudely by one Mr. Asif and another gentlemen from tele line no. [protected](kalpataur technician no. ) and landline no. 32688289, the person went to the extent of speaking in Hindi "pehle paisa de varna tera kaam nahin ho gaya, apne aapko shani samjhati hai kya, mera technician tere ghar pe kam nahin karega". What audacity for a service centre of Samsung to speak to a client like that.

            I hold a washing machine, microwave oven, refrigerator and recommend Samsung products to all my friends and relatives, and this is what I am met out with. I have called up Samsung helpline 4 times since this incident on Friday 14/11/2008 on [protected] and each executive says the same thing, we will escalate the call and you will hear from our senior, till date no one has had the courtesy to call me back. I am thoroughly distraught at this incident and furious at my daughters humiliation and the humiliation I felt while speaking to Kalpataru people.

            My a.c. has still not been attended to till date, what a price to pay for my loyalty and patronizing Samsung products.

            Please go ahead and file a complaint in consumer court. I bet u will definitely get a good response there. My friend is also having trouble with customer service from Samsung. He purchased 17 inch LCD monitor which showed up some bizzare lines, so gave complaint and no body showed up until 3 days after complaining. We will wait and then plan to move to consumer court for justice.
            I am not happy with my samsung mobile as it doesnt have any application to get themes... other than the installed ones...

              despite long mails and complaints about their product and even after getting the complaint number no one is ready to solve my problem.rajiv banswal and kusum agarwal of samsung[on paid leave ] are the worst and biggest liar and black spot i see as in this company.bith are liars and unprofessional.
              a company based fault is troubling me and no one in company is ready to solve this.its been more thn 60 hrs i last posted my complain about my cell phone problem but no one is available to resolve tht.
              its like no one giving attention to my complaints or the managing system is not efficient to tackle with this problem.
              i dunno how big stars join hand with these company whos managers are busy in killing companies reputation.
              till date i havent received the call from thm after i last complained about both the managers...
              hope some honest person will look after in this matter.

                I purchased a computer 2.5 yrs back and its hard disk 80 GB sata
                got crashed now as the same is covered under 3 yrs warranty the service centre at Chandigarh provided me with another repaired one and not a new one and the same also got crashed. Now the centre is saying that they will receive the replacement from Delhi office for new HDDs and the same shall be available after 15 days, Its gettting late. Kindly do the needful for early replacement of the HDD.

                  For the first time I faced one service centre and I assumed that i was dealing with a small electronic shop. May be it is not fair to compare. First of all all customer were standing in front of desk like a grocery shop. No proper arrangement to recieve a customer. No professionalism in staffs. when I was there I saw Most of customers i.e. 5 out of 6 were unsatisfied. Processing is very slow. No contact from their side abt the status for a service. I had to call them and rush for the delivery. And lastly, about service chrge in mean of labour charge is Rs 250/-, wondred!!! when my personal experience says that in Nokia Care it is Rs 120/-. If it is right price i do not know. Really after purchasing a equipment if we ll face this type of customer services then no face would be turned again that I am sure. Please do the needful.

                  This is for your kind information that i as a customer of your product Samsung Corby Plus Cell Phone B3410 like to draw your attention to the fact that on 14th Dec 2010 I visited your sumsung service centre for troubleshooting my cell phone which I bought in the month of september 2010.

                  But Unfornutately I have been harased by your professionals in the Hazra Mobile Servivce Centre ACE-CARE. Inspite of repeated request for an urgency troubleshoot as i am a corporate Business Personnel, I was not deliverd with the cell till 6pm as intimated by them. But i spoke 2 an official of your office and within 20 minutes the cell was repaired but not fully troubleshooted.

                  Now i am in a delima that whether the cell was actually repiared or just to take time and money they made a intentional delay. being in the Waranty they told me that the motherboard needs to be repaird and wil also be charged and will take 4days.. so i took a job sheet form the person.

                  Now if everything needs to be changed in my cell and charged then my question is why the word waranty is used while purchasing and why the personnel at your office cant trace the problem .. so it proves that incompetent persons are placed at the place or it may be a way to get money out of nething from the customers or clients. Customers are being harased.

                  The person who interacted with me in the evening also behaved in a very indecent manner and was not in a mood to explain me the entire process.. he thinks himself as a God of Samsung (that was his attitude).

                  As a customer i am explaining the fact. now being a business man you tell me how will do a business without a phone. Wat will i do now u suggest..

                    we have purchased one computer system ( LCD Monitor) from M/s Sweetha computer bazar hyderabad on dated 29.07.2008, as he was suggested samsung brand is best among all the brands.also he said that after sale service of samsung is very prompt.within a month LCD monitor is out of order accordingly we have contacted to customer service and mr.saleem has attended on 25.08.08 and says sparepart is not available so he will come with in a week with requored spare parts but regrett to say that neither he came to attend the problem nor he replied. we are contineously in contact with customer care but no action has been taken so far.once again we are requesting you to instruct the concern person to attend and rectify the problem as early as possible. now we are saying clearly to you our account is pending and we have not submitted our accounts for audit this matter is already informed to your customer care center mr.rajesh you are only the responsible for all liabilities because you are not taking care on my complain from 25.08.2008 we have informed you in advance. if you are not taking care then why you are giving warrenty to customers it means you are cheating with customers if you are not give any reply we are going to consumer court against you.

                    I have never seen such irresponsible people at samsung customer care.Recently i wanted to know about HAS stand for my 943NWX LCD monitor but i didn't get any assistance from them after being asked to hold on the line for nearly 6 minutes and instead of assisting me, they asked me to enquire with the dealers and they gave me some phone numbers which they said that the numbers belonged to samsung dealers but when i called they turned out to be wrong numbers.The way the technical assistance person was answering was completely hopeless.Hence i say the customer care of samsung is the worst.

                        I have purchased this washing in MAY 2006 in Saudi Arabia. When I shifted from Saudi to Bangalore I enquired and assured that this washing machine has international warranty and brought the along with me to India. Now I have a problem with my washing machine and i lodged an complaint with Samsung customer care. Its 45 days till now no positive re[censored] has been provide. Despite calling them many times I am getting only lip sympathy and useless assurance form the cal agents.Also I spoke to some of there supervisors and they say waiting for the part.

                        Samsung — Faulty washing Machine

                        Hi,

                        I (we) have been customer for Samsung for a long time (more than 6 years!) and every product at my residence would be Samsung! Such is the relation that I hold with Samsung.

                        Though it was a very great experience, until I bought my dream front loading washing machine.

                        I had purchased the above said model of front loading machine on 09/08/2008.

                        After couple (to be more specific 5 times) o[censored]sage, water started leaking from the base of the machine, for which I lodged a complaint with number [protected] (first dated 31/08/2008).

                        After lot of struggle, the service engineer came on a fine morning when there was no power at home & opened the top lid and said no problem at all!

                        After that when we tried using the machine, it started throwing water out like a fountain. We called the customer service again & on 7/09/08, the above SR was re-opened.

                        When the service engineer observed this time (08/09/2008), he said there are multiple issues like AG+ unit not working, problematic door & some other issues & he called up some one & recommended for replacement as he cofirmed with us that the unit seems to be a faulty one.

                        He took a copy of the bill too for the same.

                        The same evening we got a call from service location (guess from Noida), which said that the service engineer recomended for replacement & higher authorities would communicate back.

                        4 days later got a call from local service center (Bangalore) & I informed the same story & the person confirmed with service engineer & this time the service engineer deferred from what he said eariler (regarding replacement) & said replacement can only be done if the issue is with in 1 month of purchase (In my case I initally complained on 31/08/2008 & second on 07/09/2008 & in either case I am eligible for replacement) .

                        When called customer care they again said that the replacement request is to be escalated & soon I would be receiving a call for confirmation from higher officials.

                        But till now nothing happened, apart from recieving a confirmation that Washing machine would be replaced.

                        Till date no action is taken & I am not able to make use of my machine despite spending lot of amount on that.

                        Samsung India — supply of faulty washing machine

                        we have purchased washing machine wmwa 10vpleh model of samsung from vijay sales borivali west chassis no is 17925dbb400286. from the day one machine is not working properly samsung service person has also agreed that this is a faulty machine. but still there is no official communication from the co.date of delivery 12 th august 2011 surprisingly horrible QA department of the company and service dept is not authorized to give commitment. we are fade up of this MNC attitude.

                        Samsung India — Faulty Washing Machine

                        I had purched a washing machine maodel No. WA85ASHEH of samsung make in May this year. Every since the machine has been delivered there is some problem or the other. In the last 6 months I must have made some 20 complaints regarding this machine. I feel that I washed less clothes and made more comlaints.

                        Nothing seems to be working well. There is no satisfactory help or reply from them.

                        I want this machine replaced if they cannot rectify it once and for all.

                          I had purchased a Sansung 2-door 280Ltr frost free refirgerator from Samsung in Oct 2007.
                          On May 2008 we lodged a complaint with samsung support as delicate items like Cream, Curd, Fresh cocunut would get spoilt and give out a fould smell when the door was opened.
                          Since then its been 6 months and the fault has not been rectified. We have made countless calls to the Area Manager Mr. Mobin, the toll free number, and as well as wrote mails to their support id.
                          So many "engineers" and product "specialists" have visited and attended the fridge..The way they talk is irritatin, blaming us as if we dont know how to use a fridge. Some times a second engineer would suggest exactl opposite temprature than the first engineer.
                          And on top of all of this mess, the specialist, in his report, says that the fridge is all OK. But we explicitly wrote down in the report that the problem is not resolved. When contacted the Area manager, he says since his specialist has given the fridge a all OK, he cant do anything about it.

                          I have now given him time of a week to replace the fridge, failing of which I have promised him a legal action against Samsung.

                          I have a SAMSUNG REFRIGERATOR (MODEL CODE SR-25NME, purchased on 22/04/03 from your authorized dealer M/S VIDEO PLAZA, Ph. No.[protected], we had face a problem from Oct'08 that few amount of water storage in the floor of the refrigerator, and then we had lodge a complaint to M/S PROMPT SERVICE(SAMSUNG AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER, DURGAPUR, Ph. No.[protected], e-mail : [protected]@hotmail.com), but till today they are unable to short out the problem. They had response against the complaint and they had dismentailed some of parts and keep it dry for 7 days, after that they fitted it after 7 days to make the complaint again and then refrigerator start the problem of cooling, after that again we have lodge the complaint and they come and change the capacitor, and after that the problem not been solve and then they told us that we have to replace the COMPRESSOR. Now we can't understand that whether they are able to locate the actual problem or not. Now they are not responding us soundfully, nor they are entertaining us. I have told the case detaily their manager Mr.Gopal Singh, Mobile No. [protected], he telling us(verbally) that the price of Compressor is Rs, 4, 700, but his service engineer Mr. Chandi Pal, Mobile No.[protected], tell us that the compressor price is Rs.3, 500(Verbally). Now we are confused whether I will get the proper service from your end or not. I also in a Corporate Sector, where every company giving concentration on customer care then from Samsung this is not expected.I having Samsung Washing machine, Samsung Colour TV. Now to see your service we have to think whether next time whether we go for your product or not.

                          So, please do the needfull as early as possible.

                            We had purchased a window AC of Samsung 1.5 ton on 19th October 2007. There was a part not working in the AC and it was not cooling. We lodged a complaint with the Customer services and the engineer visited. He replaced the part on Sept 10th 2008. However, he did not fix the touch panel back and when we later tried to operate the AC, the touch panel was not at all functional. We lodged another complain. The engineers came and asked us the name of the previous enggineer which we obviously did not note or remember. We were asked the name of the previous engineer. The new engineer then asked for the bill in which the purchase date is clearly mentioned as 19th oct 2007. He refused that the AC is not under warantee . The refusal was on 26th Set 2008, not even an yr was completed. This wassheer harassment to the consumer and not to be tolerated. Then the engineer said that the particular part was not in stock. After much pursuation he replaced the part but the frame of it is pending and the engineer has committed that it shall be replaced within 3-4 days. This is very surprising because the fault is of the previous engineer. In the process of repairing one faulty part, he spoiled the other and we had to undergo trouble, inconvenience and harrassment. It is surprising that Samasung's qualified engineers are capable of spoiling brand new functional parts. We want to know the name of the engineer to lodge a complaint against him. This also means that there is no process in which the engineer goes back to his office after repairing and giving a detailed report on what has been done. This also means that the engineers are not fully qualified or trained and are capable of spoiling new and expensive electronic items without any responsibility. They cannot be trusted. The touch panel was later replaced by another panel which was from another model of AC and just did not match the color of our AC. We could not do anything as the engineer declared that since our AC was yr 2007 model, hence the spare part is not in production anymore. How can this be possible that not even an yr is over and Samsung stops production of the parts. Who is answerable for this cheating and malpractice. I strongly request that strict action be taken against this and the matter t be escalated to senior managemnt of Samsung, else I will have no option but to bring this matter up in the consumer court. Pls advise urgently.

                            ONIDA AC (WINDOW) — BRAND NEW AC FAULTY

                            We purchased brand new A/C 1.5 ton from MIRC ELECTRONICS LTD. North phase 27, developed plot ekkattuthangal, guindy industrial estate, chennai - 32.
                            The AC was purchased on 25th March 2009 Invoice no.[protected], hardly one week after installation the compressor crashed. When we gave a complaint, we were asked to pay additional amount to replace the compressor. Since it was hardly one week old A/C we refused to make the payment. Apparently the service personnel promised he will check with his office and try to replace the compressor.
                            After that there was obsolutely no response from the service engineer. When we try to reach the so called service engineer ilamparithi on his mobile no. [protected] he never use to pick the call or keep it in a switch off mode.
                            When we approached MIRC Electronics, the place where we purchased the A/c, there was obsolutely not response and a lathergic reply was given to contact their Head office ONIDA HOUSE g-1 MIRC Mahakali caves road, andheri(E), mumbai - 400093

                              I HAVE BOUGHT THE ABOVE SAID CELL PHONE FROM YOUR'S RECOGNIZE CENTER. AFTER USING IT ONLY FOR FIVE MONTHS I GOT PROBLEM IN THE SET. THE SPEAKER IS NOT WORKING AT ALL. When I reported the matter to Service Centre, one year had lapsed, and hence I was told the the Patta ( Wire Belt) is to be changed and it will cost Rs.450/-. I was told that this problum is very common in slider phone. I have used the phone only for 12 hours in one year but I was compelled to spend Rs. 450/-.

                              I have used Nokia in the past bur have never faced any problum in the last 8 years.

                                FIRST COMPLAINT LODGED FOR REMOTE NOT WORKING WAS REFUSED BY YOUR AUTH DEALER IN AIROLI NAVI MUMBAI . DEALER SAID THAT THE GUARANTEE IS ONLY FOR FIRST THREE MONTHS AND ASKED RS.1000/- FOR NEW ONE, WHICH I REFUSED TO PAY.
                                SECONDLY NOT BOTHERED FOR 3 ANNUAL FREE SERVICE. I HAD TO REQUEST TO DO YOUR JOB OF FREE 3 ANNUAL SERVICE. OUT OF WHICH ONLY ONE THEY HAVE DONE SO FAR. NOW THIS SEPTEMBER 2008 IS THE LAST MONTH OF GUARANTEE PERIOD.TODAY ALSO I CALLED UP SAMSUNG AUTH SERVICE CENTER BUT NO RESPONSE. THIS IS HOW, ONCE THE PRODUCT IS SOLD THE SAMSUNG COMPANY NOR THEIR APPOINTED PET DEALER IS BOTHERED TO GIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICE. ONLY AFTER GUARANTEE PERIOD IS OVER THAN THEY WILL CHARGE HEFTY MONEY FOR VISIT AND SERVICE. PLEASE LOOK INTO IT.

                                  During Winter, I purchesed a 1.5 ton unit. When I started using it in Summer, there was no cooling .After lodging complaints various technicians came home and then they suggested that the unit has to be taken to the service centre for checking . Initially they took the external unit and later the internal unit. The Chennai service centre Based at Anna Nagar headed by Mr. Chellapandian (Service Manager) did welding of the leaked tube of the cooling coil and send it home. Now I find the the fins are bent even though the unit is working. It took over 2 weeks and many phone calls to get the unit back after repair
                                  The question is, if the cooling coil is leaking the product was sent without proper checking from the factory. An airconditioner expert told me that if the internal unit shows defect, the panel shuld be replaced new since in future there can be leak and even the compressor can fail when I will have to shell out the money.

                                  Please help me to clear this mess

                                    I have purchased a 6kg f/A WA80HAG washing machine of samsung on 26th march 2006.But from that date I was facing problems in that machine sometimes in motor, some time in drainage.spining etc.My complaint no. is [protected].From this no. you can check that how many times I made complaint to Samsung sevice center.Nearly after every 1 month or 2 month it get some problem.with in a warranty I request lots of time to change this peice, but every time your executive made temporary adjustment in it and ignore the matter.last year I also mail u, regarding this matter but nobody sees to
                                    it(ref-15th oct 2007 from [protected]@gmail.com ).lastly, on 27th may 2008 ther is some problem in its drainage system, i make complaint to ur service center.Next day one of the executive(Mr. Rameshwar) visit our house that said that its drainage motor is to be changed and he will bring it next day.but I wait for him next day but he
                                    didnt come.next day I call to ur CCS they said that he will come till noon, but when he wont come till noon then I call him personaly and he told that he will come in evening, I wait for him whole day but he didnt come.Next day I call to ur CCS, then again they say that he will come today
                                    surely.In noon I call him but he didnt pick the phone.for 2 days he doesnt pick the phone .After 2 days he come and change the motor
                                    Now hardly 15 day has gone, and again there is some problem in its drainage system.I have made complaint to ur CCs but I dont know whether any effective action will be taken or not.I never expect such type of response from such a big company.

                                    I humbly request u either do any fruitful action or either pl take this machine(full of problems)with u.

                                    Washing Machine — Machine doesn't start

                                    Purchased Digital Sensi logic machine in April-2007 in navi Mumbai. Recently shifted toGurgaon.Machine was working nicely for 10 days. Now giving problem.

                                    Water does'nt fill inside machine, after powering up and selecting option water level, program
                                    and process.
                                    Checked water inlet-OK. . Pl send somebody to check as soon as possible.

                                      I bought an automatic SAMSUNG washing machine on 21/9/2008 and it was delivered at 7 pm that day. Sl. No. W0765ZCO804831 / M/s. FAIZ & Co., Adambakkam, Chennai-88.

                                      As of now (23/9/2008 / 1700 hours), the drain hose is NOT connected yet. I am UNABLE to make use of the machine? Whats the use - buying a SAMSUNG?

                                      I have made about 6 calls to your chennai Cus-Care No. but NO RELIEF yet. My LAUNDRY of the past 4 days is waiting?

                                      Shall I send it to them?

                                      The drain hose is also SHORT in lenght? Can't you provide about 1.5 metres length of it.

                                      Advise & Revert EARLY with no further DELAY.

                                      I regret having gone for SAMSUNG.

                                        The above mobile set is in the warranty period. While accepting the set for repair the service center couldnot provide a service set with the remark that Samsung does not have any such policy. I was forced to buy another phone ( a Nokia this time) to survive the period of repair which was supposed to be 4-5 days. It is now over 10 days no one has any clue about the status of the complaint. The service center was in Malviya Nagar.
                                        Can somebody help.
