[Resolved]  Samsung India — bad customer service for screen damage

Address:Krishna, Andhra Pradesh, 521002

I have spent rs 11, 450 to replace the broken screen of samsung galaxy a7 2016 edition. Within 12 hrs the screen is damaged again, not because of me but because of lazy work of the "sai tele services" machilipatnam city. He is blaming me instead of his # job. If no proper action is taken i will lodge the police complaint. I am very serious about this.
Gave the mobile for repair on 04-september-2017
Received from service center on 06-sept-2017 07:30pm
Again reported damage because of bad service on 07-september-2017 11:00 am.

please check the receipts for any details regarding service center and amount I have paid.
They haven't provided any reference ID and check receipts for any.
