I have bought a refrigerator in june 2017 for 69k and now it does not give cooling. This is under warranty and the service centre (Rude people to talk to) tells me that it will take 72 more hours to even align an technician. I had already registered a complaint 12 hours back and told them that this is not working from let 24 hours, yet this kind of a response. Call centre says that due to festivals we do not have technicians available. This is so in professional for a service industry.
Really regret buying a samsung product. Earlier product was a hitachi. Service from them was so good and prompt. Sometimes buying a product just based on market position of the brand... Makes you pay... Was this information helpful? |
